The climbing group went up to camp 3 today. Everyone is fine and feeling strong.
So the plan is to go to the south col tomorrow (Wednesday) spend the rest of the day there and to leave for the summit about 9.30pm tomorrow night. Weather, of course, permitting. There have been lots of snow showers, but the wind is forecast to die down which is the important thing. So everything is looking good.

Our sherpas were today helping to fix the ropes up to the summit.

Ran, Kenton, Rob, Trumpy and Tanner have gone up to camp 2 today and will rest there tomorrow.

Mike, Ray and Greg are now back at base camp after a chicken and chip sojourn down the valley. They will be going up to camp 2 in a few days.

There are other expeditions already at the south col who will be attempting the summit tonight, so we wish them all the best of luck.
