The excitement at base camp is palpably mounting - not only is summit time nearly here but that means home time too. Everyone is missing their family and friends and the time to return home cannot now come soon enough. A comfortable bed, bath, food, drink, clean clothes...the list of things we daily take for granted at home is endless...but after several months in a tent on a glacier they become cherished luxuries! Not long to go now....
